Job summary

Parsons is seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental performance for a complex railway infrastructure project in Dubai. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE management roles within infrastructure or construction.
• Strong preference for candidates with rail or metro infrastructure project experience in the UAE.
• Lead Auditor accreditation or equivalent certification is advantageous.
