Job summary

Digitiza Information Technology L.L.C. is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist – Radiology to own the implementation, configuration, integration and lifecycle management of radiology imaging applications including PACS, VNA, RIS, and enterprise viewers.

You will collaborate with radiologists, clinicians, IT, biomedical engineering and vendors to ensure reliable, efficient imaging workflows, accurate HL7/DICOM data exchange, and smooth go-lives across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years supporting healthcare applications, preferably radiology or imaging informatics.
• Experience with PACS, VNA, RIS, DICOM, HL7, enterprise imaging and hospital IT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise PACS and VNA environments.
• Configure DICOM nodes, AEs, destinations, routing rules and forwarding workflows.
• Manage imaging storage, archiving and retrieval, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot missing, delayed, or mismatched studies and failed transfers.
• Configure user roles, permissions, worklists, hanging protocols, and viewer preferences.
• Support upgrades, patches, migrations, capacity planning and storage growth.
