Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Consultant to lead clinical discussions during the sales phase, provide training on Enterprise Informatics solutions, and participate in solution implementation to ensure alignment with clinical and operational requirements.

You will conduct detailed workflow assessments, tailor product demonstrations, manage escalations, and build trusted relationships with customers across the Middle East and Africa, travelling up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Medicine, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Healthcare Consulting, Clinical Education/Training, Clinical Practice, or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise imaging, radiology, cardiology, or clinical informatics solutions preferred.
• Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads clinical discussions with healthcare customers during sales and opportunity phase.
• Conducts detailed workflow assessments to optimize clinical processes.
• Supports Philips Enterprise Informatics products with focus on radiology and cardiology suites.
• Provides advanced training on full functionality and best practices.
• Participates in solution implementation to meet clinical and operational requirements.
• Independently manages project activities including planning, execution, and documentation.
• Delivers comprehensive product demonstrations tailored to customer needs to help close deals.
• Resolves complex troubleshooting and support tasks during implementation and use.
• Maintains professional handling of high-pressure customer situations and escalations.
• Collects customer feedback to refine products and services.
• Keeps upskilling knowledge on developments in clinical practice and technologies.
• Builds relationships with internal and external partners to influence projects.
