Job summary

Digitiza Information Technology L.L.C. is seeking a Technical Service Engineer – Radiology, PACS & VNA in Dubai to provide expert support, installation, and lifecycle management for PACS, VNA, RIS, and related imaging systems across clinical environments.

You will work with radiologists, radiographers and hospital IT teams to ensure high availability, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and drive smooth go-lives and clinical validation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years supporting radiology systems or healthcare IT.
• 5–8+ years with PACS, VNA, RIS, DICOM, HL7, hospital IT.
• Hands-on onsite installation, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Multi-site hospital or enterprise imaging experience is a plus.
• Vendor certifications in PACS/RIS/VNA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PACS, VNA, RIS, viewers, and workstations.
• Monitor system availability, performance, storage, and queues.
• Support radiology workstations, displays, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software issues.
• Provide go-live support, validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain asset inventories, licenses, and maintenance records.
