Gates Corporation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Coordinator to prepare and provide quotes, follow up with the sales department, coordinate installation, service and troubleshooting, and ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

The role requires solid experience in indoor sales coordination or administration, familiarity with Oracle-based sales systems, and superior customer service. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Two years of indoor sales coordination or administration experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or administration.
• Familiar with Oracle based sales systems and sales procedures and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and provide quotes; acknowledge purchase orders and ensure order documentation is complete.
• Prepare additional quotes for changes in scope or material supplies.
• Coordinate installation, service and troubleshooting with Sales/Service/Purchase teams.
• Input orders and ensure processing aligns with customer requirements; ensure on-time delivery.
• Gather documentation for invoicing and maintain records of customer interactions.
