Job summary

You will coordinate daily activities with warehouse, logistics, finance, and procurement, maintain customer records and pricing, and help resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pricing data.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for on-time deliveries.
• Follow up on payments and balances with customers.
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Track customer feedback and address concerns.
