Job summary

Linea Projects in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced QS Manager to lead the commercial and quantity surveying function across construction projects. The role oversees project budgets, contract administration, commercial risk, and cost control to ensure profitability and contractual compliance.

You will manage a QS team, develop forecasts, monitor tendering and procurement, review BOQs and final accounts, and provide commercial guidance to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience, including managing QS teams or commercial functions.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, contract administration and commercial operations.
• Experience managing claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Sound understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Must be based in the UAE and able to join immediately.
