Job summary

Thumbay Builders is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimation and value-engineering efforts on UAE construction projects. The role entails contract negotiation, risk assessment, and detailed cost analysis across tendering and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• MRICS, RICS, or equivalent certification highly preferred for credibility in the field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Experience on large-scale commercial or residential projects advantageous for cost management.
• Must have UAE work experience.
