Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our UAE team on newly awarded projects across various sectors and locations in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects.

You will work on post‑contract commercial management, including re-measurement, interim and final accounts, cost reports, variations, contractor claims, and insurance and bonds administration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in High rise office or residential sectors.
• Consultant and/or client background.
• Knowledge in CostX or similar QS software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven English language technical writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Post Contract – Commercial Contract Administration including re-measurement, interim and final account payment assessments, monthly cost reports, variations and contractor claims.
• Management of provisional sums, prime costs, nominated sub-contractors, insurances and bonds.
• Attendance at design and commercial meetings and related duties.

Job Description Overview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

Post Contract · Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About you

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential
• Must have consultant and/or client background
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
