Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors for UAE projects across various sectors. You will engage in post‑contract commercial administration, re‑measurement, and final accounts for high profile assignments, across multiple locations in the UAE.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in contracts and commercial management, strong English technical writing, and cost control expertise, with familiarity in FIDIC and CostX.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Min 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Background in consultant and/or client environments for at least 4 years.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts preferred.
• Proficiency in CostX or similar QS software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Post Contract commercial administration including re-measurement, interim and final account payment assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractor claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

Post Contract

• Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About you

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
