Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage post‑contract commercial activities on high‑profile UAE projects. You will oversee re-measurement, interim and final accounts, cost reporting, variations, and contractor claims, working with design teams and clients on risk and value.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least five years post‑degree experience, familiarity with FIDIC, and proficiency in CostX or similar QS software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in high-rise office or residential sectors.
• FIDIC contracts preferred.
• Knowledge in CostX or similar QS software.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings.
