Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our UAE team on awarded projects across various sectors. The role is post‑contract and focuses on commercial management, cost control, and contract administration.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years post‑degree experience, and familiarity with CostX or similar QS software. UAE project exposure and strong English writing abilities are important.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in high rise office or residential sectors is preferred.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for at least 4 years.
• Knowledge of CostX or similar QS software is required.

Responsibilities

• Post Contract role focusing on commercial contract administration.
• Includes re-measurement, interim and final account payment assessments.
• Prepare Monthly Cost Reports, variations and contractor claims.
• Manage Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds.
• Attend design and commercial meetings as required.

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

Post Contract

• Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About You

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
