Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team on newly awarded UAE projects across hospitality, residential, buildings and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have a consultant and/or client background with several years of experience and be proficient in CostX or similar QS software.

The role requires strong communication, analytical measurement, and reporting skills, plus solid English technical writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of experience is preferred.
• Experience with remeasure contracts, cost control and valuation.
• Knowledge of CostX or similar QS software.

Responsibilities

Job DescriptionOverview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

• Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality residential buildings infrastructure etc.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field.
• 812 years of experience
• Proven capability in remeasure contracts cost control and valuation of site-wide works.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding particularly with variations and change workflows.
• Understanding of WIR/MIR processes and their impact on cost and progress validation.
• Strong analytical measurement and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in measurement tools (CostX Planswift etc.) and MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced multidiscipline environment.
