Job summary

Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial professional to manage BOQs, cost estimates and project cost control in UAE. The role involves preparing interim payments, final accounts and certifying subcontractor payments while coordinating with project teams and procurement.

The candidate will review contracts, conduct site measurements and produce monthly cost and progress reports, ensuring compliance with UAE standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow across project lifecycle.

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
