Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit interim payment applications, invoices, and final accounts.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and certify subcontractor and supplier payments.
• Prepare and assess variation orders, claims, and change orders.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed work for payment certification.
