Job summary

Leading Contracting Company in Dubai seeks an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, approved drawings and UAE regulations. The role focuses on high-rise, residential and villa projects with a strong emphasis on documentation and audits.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree and 5+ years of QA/QC in construction, with familiarity in ITPs, method statements and site inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in construction projects.
• Experience with high-rise, residential and villa projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspection procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at site.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Review project documents, method statements, ITPs and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, project engineers and site teams for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor quality of civil, structural and finishing works.
• Ensure materials received at site meet approved specifications and standards.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records, reports and documentation.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Monitor testing activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Support project handover documentation and final quality inspections.
