Job summary

Leading Contracting Company in Dubai seeks an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, approved drawings and UAE regulations. The role focuses on high-rise, residential and villa projects with a strong emphasis on documentation and audits.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree and 5+ years of QA/QC in construction, with familiarity in ITPs, method statements and site inspections.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in construction projects.
Experience with high-rise, residential and villa projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspection procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at site.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
Review project documents, method statements, ITPs and material submittals.
Coordinate with consultants, project engineers and site teams for inspections and approvals.
Monitor quality of civil, structural and finishing works.
Ensure materials received at site meet approved specifications and standards.
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain quality records, reports and documentation.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
Monitor testing activities and ensure proper documentation.
Support project handover documentation and final quality inspections.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, approved drawings, and UAE regulations.
