Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the UAE is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and control across building construction projects, from planning and documentation to handover.

You will lead audits, develop quality plans and ensure ISO standards compliance, guiding on-site inspectors and coordinating with management, subcontractors and consultants to achieve project excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC engineering experience within the UAE/GCC construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Proven experience preparing ITPs, method statements and quality plans.
• Skilled in internal audits, vendor assessments and non-conformance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; recognized QA/QC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality documentation, registers and reporting in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Support project close-out and handover through quality compliance verification.
