Job summary

G2 Technology LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive IT Purchase Executive to support procurement operations. The role focuses on IT hardware procurement, vendor management, purchasing processes and inventory coordination.

You will process requisitions and POs through ERP, obtain quotations, coordinate pricing and deliveries, and ensure timely, cost-effective procurement in collaboration with Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the UAE.
• Experience in IT hardware or technology procurement preferred.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE with relevant local procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders through the ERP system.
• Obtain vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, product availability, lead times, and deliveries.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor documentation.
• Assist with import documentation, shipment tracking, inventory replenishment, and RMA processes.
