Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy in the United Arab Emirates seeks a procurement supervisor to manage daily purchasing for MEP projects and ensure timely delivery of materials to site. You will source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and coordinate with project managers, site teams, stores, and accounts to maintain procurement timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in purchasing within MEP, construction, or project-based industries.
• Good knowledge of MEP materials, BOQs, material submittals, and technical specifications.
• Experience in supplier negotiation, cost control, and procurement documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP procurement systems; UAE construction market experience preferred.
• UAE experience is mandatory.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Monitor procurement schedules, inventory levels, supplier performance, and project requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards; supervise purchase assistants and prepare regular procurement reports.
