Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement Lead to develop and implement procurement plans for facility management, MEP, civil and fit-out projects. You will manage end-to-end purchasing, negotiate contracts, coordinate with engineering, finance, logistics and stores, and drive cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance.

A Bachelor’s degree and several years in procurement with ERP SAP are required; strong budgeting, supplier management and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or procurement.
• Several years of procurement experience in FM/MEP/civil/fit-out projects.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, negotiations and PO management.
• Knowledge of construction materials, AMC contracts and procurement processes.
• Strong budgeting, cost-control, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP SAP or procurement systems.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams; lead procurement training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Procure materials, inventory and services for FM, MEP, civil and fit-out projects.
• Manage end-to-end purchasing from sourcing to PO issuance and delivery tracking.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Manage AMC requirements related to manpower, cleaning, labour contracts; invite proposals and finalize service contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery timelines and compliance.
• Coordinate with project engineering, finance, logistics and warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Resolve delivery, quality, invoice and payment issues with suppliers and internal departments.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on spending, savings and supplier performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with procedures, project requirements and regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess market trends and supplier risks.
• Lead and support the procurement team, assign priorities and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with project schedules budgets and company objectives
• Procure materials inventory and services for Facility management projects MEP Civil and fit-out projects
• Manage the complete purchasing process from sourcing and evaluating suppliers to issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
• Obtain and compare quotations negotiate pricing and contract terms and recommend suitable suppliers
• Manage AMC requirements related to Manpower Cleaning Labour contracts invite proposals and negotiate and finalize service contracts
• Monitor supplier performance quality delivery timelines and compliance with agreed terms
• Coordinate with project engineering finance logistics and warehouse teams to confirm specifications and material requirements
• Monitor inventory and stock availability and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Resolve delivery quality invoice and payment issues with suppliers and internal departments
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports on spending savings supplier performance and order status
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures project requirements and applicable regulations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess market trends supplier risks and pricing changes
• Lead and support the procurement team assigning priorities and monitoring performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Several years of procurement experience in Facility Management, MEP, civil, or fit-out projects.
• Demonstrated experience in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, negotiations, and purchase-order management.
• Knowledge of construction materials, project procurement, and AMC contracts.
• Strong budgeting, cost-control, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP SAP or procurement systems.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teamsAbility to guide, coach and train procurement teams in procurement.
