Job summary

AL GURG Group is hiring a Punching Operator in Dubai to operate the CNC Turret Punch and assist other machine operators, selecting die clearances and setting up tooling loads for optimal machine performance.

You will follow safety rules, keep the work area clean, and collaborate with the shift leader to maximize productivity while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines.
• Ability to select die clearances based on material requirements.
• Set up tooling loads and program machine parameters for optimal performance.
• Assess tool condition and schedule re-sharpening.
• Perform punches and dies re-sharpening as needed.

5. Re-sharpen punches and dies as needed
