Job summary

AL GURG Group in Dubai is hiring a Bending Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up computerized bending machines, input programming instructions, and verify workpiece dimensions to ensure quality.

You will install tools, replace worn parts, adjust controls, measure parts with gauges, carry out routine machine maintenance, and help maintain steady production speeds. This is a full-time on-site position in UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting up computerized bending machines.
• Ability to input and verify CNC programs.
• Familiarity with gauging and dimensions checks.
• Maintenance and tool replacement skills.

• Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work piece
• Input programming instruction into machine
• Evaluate program results and dimensions checks
• Install machine tools and gadgets as per program details
• Replace old machine tools when worn out with new ones
• Adjust controls to regulate machining factors (pressure, ram stroke, blade angle, speed)
• Take accurate measurements of work piece and gauges for production
• Change or replace oil switches and cylinders
• Ensure that all machines run at moderate and proper speed
• Carryout routine maintenance of machines in timely manner

Bending Operator
