Operator - Finishing Machine at Al Ghurair

• Set up and configure automatic die cutting, foiling, embossing, Brausee folder gluer and bag fabrication machines (Champion) based on job specs and material type.
• Monitor output for binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision, and cutting alignment.
• Conduct visual and manual checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and follow the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Identify and escalate mechanical issues or misfeeds to the foreman or maintenance team.
