Qualifications

• Awareness of reading drawings and basic English/computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Select, install, and verify tooling for machine tool stations according to production requirements.
• Load and verify CNC punching and bending programs for accurate operations.
• Configure machine parameters, perform zero referencing, and complete initial setup.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure quality output and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Read 3rd Angle Projection drawings to accurately manufacture components.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Adhere to HSE regulations and maintain a clean, 5S-compliant workplace.
• Maintain punctuality, integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Support other departments as needed to meet production targets.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior operators.
