Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shall display aircraft gas consumption data to management.
• Maintain surveillance, timely procurement, compilation, and upgrading of OCC/airplane documentation.
• Coordinate with external partners to obtain current documents and annual registration.
• Ensure all trip documents aboard and in OCC collection are present.
• Retrieve article flight documents from aircraft and update in systems.
• Confirm and file article flight documents and forward to customers.
• Maintain post-flight documents per company requirements.
• Conduct routine airplane paperwork checks when feasible.
• Provide aircraft documentation training/audits as needed.
• Approve invoices for Event catering, Navigational,Airport,Overflying licenses and related invoices; forward to finance.

We are currently looking for an experienced Publication Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Shall Display Aircraft gas consumption effectively and also offer necessary data to the Management.
• Shall be accountable for Surveillance, Timely procurement, Compilation, Dissemination & upgrading Airplane Documentations/ OCC library.
• Shall communicate with exterior company to get the current documents & yearly registration.
• Shall ensure that all trip documents aboard and in OCC collection are present.
• Shall get article flight documents from the airplane as well as update the very same in different system.
• Shall confirm as well as fix article flight files whenever needed and also forward the same to the customers.
• Shall preserve the blog post flight documents based on company requirement.
• Shall ensure that routine airplane paperwork checks are conducted whenever feasible.
• Shall conduct aircraft documentation training/audits whenever needed.
• Shall confirm various billings like Event catering, Navigational, Airport, overflying licenses as well as airplane documentation associated invoices & forward the exact same to finance.
• Shall forward records to external regulatory companies as well as various other departments as and also when needed.
• To ensure functioning of safety, quality, safety and security as well as compliance within area of responsibility.
• Any various other obligations appointed by superiors.
