Public Area Supervisor role in Dubai with Accor, responsible for leading public area housekeeping operations, maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, and supervising teams to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-presented hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings for Public Area Attendants and ensure clear task allocation
• Inspect employee grooming daily and enforce hotel appearance standards
• Perform daily inspections of all public areas to ensure the highest cleanliness standards
• Deliver on-the-job training and coaching for Public Area Attendants
• Maintain effective employee relations and support team performance
• Check, maintain, and report on housekeeping equipment and machines
• Prepare job orders and coordinate with Engineering for maintenance follow-up
• Attend daily housekeeping briefings with Executive and Assistant Executive Housekeepers
• Report any safety concerns, irregular guests, or suspicious activity to Housekeeping and Security immediately
• Ensure proper handover between incoming and outgoing shifts
• Report and manage all Lost and Found items in line with procedures
• Prepare discrepancy reports for the Front Office when required
• Track maintenance reports and follow up until completion
• Water and replace flowers according to schedule requirements
• Maintain strong attention to detail during inspections across all areas
