Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a Permit To Work Coordinator with strong Gulf oil and gas exposure to lead permit issuance, management and closure on site, ensuring safety compliance and coordination with management, contractors and operations teams.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, maintaining permit records, and developing site-specific permit-to-work procedures to mitigate hazards in complex industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related technical field.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification in Health and Safety is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing permit-to-work systems in complex industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using permit management software and digital tools for record-keeping and tracking.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, Onshore.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro, Building, or Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Age and Experience Requirements

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

For managerial and senior roles, a minimum of 5 years Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
