Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a seasoned HSE Manager to develop and oversee comprehensive health, safety and environment programs in Abu Dhabi. You will tailor systems to project needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive proactive safety performance across site operations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Environmental Science or Safety Engineering, plus 15+ years of Gulf‑region HSE experience and NEBOSH/IOSH certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Safety Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of HSE experience, preferably in oil & gas, construction or manufacturing.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certification is essential.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safety management systems in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• At least 15 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
• Certification in HSE management (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is essential to demonstrate expertise in health and safety principles.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety management systems in complex environments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

• For managerial and SR positions: A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
