Job summary

LNDMRK in Dubai is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to lead onboarding of listing partners across developers, landlords, and agencies. You will own relationships, build a pipeline, and ensure properties are represented effectively on our platform.

In this field-facing role, you will nurture UAE-wide networks, drive listings growth, and monitor partner performance to maximize retention and revenue for the business.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of account management, business development or sales experience.
• Strong B2B relationship-building track record with revenue targets.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence; willingness to travel in UAE/GCC.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, onboard and manage listing partners including developers and landlords.
• Build and manage a structured partner pipeline using a CRM.
• Negotiate listing terms and secure exclusive inventory where possible.
• Maintain ongoing partner relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
• Provide market insights and coordinate with product and marketing teams.
