Job summary

Zooclinica in Dubai seeks a dynamic Proposal/Pricing Specialist to manage technically compliant and commercially competitive proposals for heavy haulage and multimodal project inquiries, supporting successful project execution across the Group.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 3–5 years of experience in logistics and transport solutions, with UAE/GCC experience preferred. Strong costing and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in heavy lifting, heavy haulage, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, project cargo, or transport solutions
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Experience in costing, estimation, budgeting, and commercial/project coordination activities
• Familiarity with transport planning, shipping documentation, and logistics operations is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQ/RFP/ITB requirements and coordinate technical assessments, route surveys, and site visits
• Review client scope, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
• Prepare technically compliant and commercially competitive proposals aligned with client requirements
• Develop detailed cost estimates and pricing submissions in line with company commercial policies
• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers on proposal strategy and pricing approach
• Respond to client technical and commercial clarifications in coordination with Sales and Commercial teams
• Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to Operations with complete scope definition and pricing details
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals, revisions, and approvals within ERP and CRM systems
• Support achievement of annual order intake, margin targets, and bid conversion objectives
• Ensure proposals align with execution capabilities, QHSE standards, and company commercial guidelines
• Proven ability to manage estimation of multiple projects with high accuracy
• Strong commercial acumen in costing, estimation, and budgeting
• Knowledge of heavy lifting, heavy haulage, transport, and logistics operations
• Familiarity with industry standards, specifications, and compliance requirements
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems for proposal management and tracking
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced multicultural environment
