ADNH Catering LLC is seeking a creative Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end bid production in the GCC market. You will craft winning bids, coordinate inputs from operators, business developers, and partners, and design compelling presentations using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

You should have a proven track record of managing complex bids, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong writing skills in English and/or Arabic. Join a collaborative team driving strategic win themes.

About Us

We are ADNH Catering’s bid development team, dedicated to creating high-impact proposals and presentations designed to win and retain business. We are looking for the next generation of creative proposal managers to join us. You’ll work on critical bids for our valued clients within the GCC, including some of the world's largest brands across various sectors.

Your Role

As a Proposal Manager at ADNH Catering, you will:

• Lead the creation of impactful bids that resonate with our customers' needs and win themes
• Manage every aspect of bid production
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Retention Leads in developing and identifying win themes and overall bid strategy
• Coordinate bid responses from operators, business developers, and strategic partnership specialists
• Craft eye-catching, exciting designs and presentations using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end bid process
• Identify and address RFP requirements in tender documents
• Lead kick-off meetings and ensure compliance with bid requirements
• Develop a bid strategy to secure our success
• Design, format, and produce winning bids

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite (Mandatory)
• Proven track record of managing and winning complex bids
• Ability to work comfortably with short deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
