Job summary

ADNH Catering LLC is seeking a creative Proposal Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead high-impact bids for GCC clients. You will craft compelling bid narratives and visuals using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

You will own the end-to-end bid process, coordinate with sales, and develop win themes to secure contracts with major brands. A proven track record in bid management and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

We are looking for the next generation of creative proposal managers to join us. You’ll work on critical bids for our valued clients within the GCC, including some of the world's largest brands across various sectors.

Your Role

As a Proposal Manager at ADNH Catering, you will:

• Lead the creation of impactful bids that resonate with our customers' needs and win themes
• Manage every aspect of bid production
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Retention Leads in developing and identifying win themes and overall bid strategy
• Coordinate bid responses from operators, business developers, and strategic partnership specialists
• Craft eye-catching, exciting designs and presentations using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite
