Job summary

Salt in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Creative Visualisation & Presentation Designer to craft high-quality executive decks and strategic visuals for a diverse portfolio. Qualifications

• Proven experience in presentation design, graphic design, visualisation or creative visualisation.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, information visualisation, data storytelling and corporate communication.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Creative Visualisation & Presentation Designer to join a leading holding group in Abu Dhabi, supporting the development of high-quality visual presentations, strategic storytelling and creative communications across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who combines strong graphic design skills with the ability to translate complex information, business strategies and ideas into visually compelling, engaging and easy-to-understand presentations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop polished, impactful materials for executive leadership, board-level meetings, strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail and experience creating sophisticated presentations within a corporate, consulting, creative agency or in-house environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality presentations, executive decks, board presentations, corporate reports and strategic documents.
• Translate complex business information, data and strategic concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Create compelling visualisations, infographics, diagrams, charts, frameworks and bespoke graphics to communicate key messages effectively.
• Apply strong storytelling principles to structure presentations that are visually cohesive, commercially focused and audience-appropriate.
• Work closely with senior leadership, strategy teams and internal stakeholders to understand objectives and translate briefs into creative deliverables.
• Develop visual concepts, layouts and presentation templates that align with corporate brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Support the creation of strategic storytelling materials, including business proposals, investment presentations, transformation strategies and organisational updates.
• Ensure all deliverables meet a consistently high standard of quality, accuracy and visual consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness to stakeholder feedback.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve presentation design, visual communication and storytelling standards across the organisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in presentation design, graphic design, visual communication or creative visualisation.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation design, information visualisation, data storytelling and corporate communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign. Experience with Figma and other relevant design tools is an advantage.
• The ability to simplify complex information and transform it into visually engaging, easy-to-digest content.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce polished, professional and brand-consistent deliverables.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior business leaders.
• Ability to interpret briefs, work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a genuine passion for design and visual storytelling.

Preferred Background

Candidates from management consulting firms, corporate strategy teams, professional services, investment groups, creative agencies or established in-house design teams would be particularly well suited to this role.

Experience supporting C-suite executives, board-level presentations, strategic transformation projects or large, multi-business organisations would be highly advantageous.
