Job summary

Jouzy Consulting Engineers in Dubai is seeking a Bid Coordinator to manage the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders, expressions of interest, and prequalification documents. You will work closely with our technical, commercial, and management teams to deliver compliant, compelling bids.

You will coordinate submissions from planning through final delivery, gather inputs, maintain trackers, and ensure deadlines meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or bid support, preferably within infrastructure or related sectors, with a consultant, contractor, developer, or PMC.
• Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF document preparation skills.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail. Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple submissions under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with online tender portals is an advantage.
• InDesign experience is a plus.
