ASICO Real Estate is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors through the buying, selling, leasing, and investment process.

The role emphasizes networking, pipeline development, and achieving sales revenue targets. Fluency in English is required, driving license is a plus, and RERA certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, business development, or a related sales role is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• UAE real estate market knowledge and awareness of RERA regulations is beneficial.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, objectives, and locations to recommend suitable properties.
• Source and present residential and/or commercial properties matching client needs.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information on properties, pricing, features, and market conditions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Promote available properties through approved channels and keep listings up to date.
• Stay informed on UAE market trends, prices, developments, and regulations.
• Advise clients on market conditions and potential returns based on market data.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, mortgage providers, lawyers, and internal teams to facilitate transactions.
• Follow up with leads and clients to convert opportunities into transactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, viewings, offers, and deals.
