Job summary

Harize Properties L.L.C. in Dubai is hiring sales-focused individuals to generate property leads, present listings, conduct viewings and close deals. Freshers welcome with strong English communication; prior real estate experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.

You will follow up with buyers, negotiate, document transactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth closings while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new property leads through calls, social media, referrals, networking and other channels
• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional presentations to prospective clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors
• Assist clients with property selection, negotiations, documentation and transaction procedures
• Promote available properties through online platforms and social media
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, prices, new launches and investment opportunities
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, property managers and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and transactions in the company CRM
• Attend training sessions and continuously develop real estate sales and negotiation skills
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service
• Freshers welcome; strong Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome
