Qualifications

• Previous UAE real estate sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Confident and professional personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of Dubai's property market and current developments.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills are required.
• Ability to generate leads and make regular follow-up calls.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good English communication skills and basic computer/CRM skills.
• UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Assist clients with property buying, selling, and rental requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Source new property listings and maintain an updated database.
• Negotiate and coordinate with clients, owners, and other parties to facilitate successful transactions.
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client activities in the CRM.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, available properties, and current developments.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with company policies and procedures.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong relationships with property owners and prospective clients.
