Job summary

ALMIRAX Real Estate is seeking a Property Consultant for our Dubai office. The successful candidate will generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent properties, counsel clients on market conditions, and facilitate negotiations. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are essential, along with strong computer skills. Qualifications

• Good speaking skills in both Arabic and English. Multilingual preferred.
• Preferably with driving license and own a car.
• Excellent computer skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Adaptable and detail oriented.

Job description

We are looking for Property Consultant for our Dubai office!!

Responsibilities

• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Present purchase offers to sellers.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

Requirements

• Good speaking skills in both Arabic and English. (Multilingual preferred)
• Preferably with DRIVING LICENSE and OWN A CAR
• Excellent computer skills in typing, Microsoft, and Excel with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within the company and build relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to remain calm and focused on high-pressure situations.
• Adaptable, flexible, and detail oriented.
