Job summary

Banke International Properties in Dubai seeks a results-driven Property Specialist to generate leads, close property transactions, and nurture investor relationships in a fast-paced, commission-based market. Your income is uncapped and directly tied to performance.

You will work with Bayut, Property Finder, premium listings, and an in-house marketing and CRM team, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and grow a loyal client base while exceeding monthly targets and advancing to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Real estate sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-focused.

Role Overview

• Secondary sales and leasing properties across Dubai
• Advise local and international clients on property investments
