EVA Real Estate LLC, backed by Mira Group, is expanding its Dubai sales team and seeks experienced Secondary Market Property Consultants to build and manage their own portfolio of buyers, sellers and investors. You will source listings, conduct viewings and negotiations, and advise clients on market conditions and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• 1+ year of Dubai real estate experience.
• Strong knowledge of the secondary market.

EVA Real Estate, backed by Mira Group, is expanding — and we’re looking for experienced Secondary Market Property Consultants to join our growing sales team.

If you know Dubai real estate, have a strong sales mindset, and know how to build relationships and close deals, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sell residential and investment properties across Dubai’s secondary market. Build and manage your own portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords and investors. Source new listings and clients through networking, referrals, prospecting and company marketing opportunities. Conduct property viewings, client meetings, negotiations and transactions. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing and investment opportunities. Maintain strong follow-up to generate repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on Dubai communities, market trends, property values and new opportunities.
