Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or property sales.
• Strong experience in the secondary/resale property market.
• Proven sales track record.
• Experience handling buyers, sellers and property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and looking for experienced Secondary Market Property Consultants to join our growing operation. We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with proven experience in Dubai secondary market real estate , strong client acquisition skills and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.

Dubai-based candidates only.

Proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience is required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or property sales
• Strong experience in the secondary/resale property market
• Proven sales track record
• Experience handling buyers, sellers and property transactions
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities
