Job summary

Enclave Real Estate in Dubai is expanding its operation and seeks experienced Secondary Market Property Advisors to join our multinational sales team.

Ideal candidates understand the Dubai resale market with a proven track record in client acquisition and closing, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and can work independently or within a team. A UAE driving license is required; visa and health insurance are provided, along with ongoing training and full marketing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• UAE/Dubai secondary market experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and resale properties.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• European language skills are an advantage.
