Anix Global in Dubai seeks a motivated Sales Advisor / Property Consultant with solid experience in real estate development. You will guide clients in purchasing and investing in property developments, delivering expert market insights and a seamless sales experience.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, deep UAE market knowledge, and the ability to build trust with clients while meeting sales targets.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Property Advisor or similar role within real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and development processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong sales orientation.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• Assist clients in understanding our real estate development projects and guide them through the buying process.
• Provide detailed information on property specifications, prices, payment plans, and legal procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive property sales.
