Spike Vista Real Estate is seeking a proactive real estate professional who acts as a strategic advisor, guiding clients toward lucrative investment opportunities and building trusted relationships. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand goals, conducting property presentations, viewings and negotiations, and managing transactions from inquiry to closing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment strategies and market trends.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to change.
• Multilingual ability is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
• Professional certification or broker license is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
