Legacy Properties Dubai is seeking a proactive Property Consultant in Dubai to guide clients through the full real estate cycle, from initial brief to closing. You will identify suitable properties, conduct viewings, present market insights, and tailor consultancy for investment opportunities and residential properties.

In this on-site role, you will build and maintain a client portfolio, respond promptly to inquiries, coordinate with legal and finance stakeholders, and stay updated on Dubai

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the entire real estate transaction cycle, including identifying suitable properties, conducting viewings, and providing market insights. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, responding promptly to inquiries, and offering tailored consultancy on investment opportunities and residential properties. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating offers, coordinating with legal and finance stakeholders, and ensuring all documentation complies with local regulations. The Property Consultant will also stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, attend networking events, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications
