Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, especially in managing diverse property types including residential, commercial, and retail.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local property management regulations, landlord-tenant laws, and market trends.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to tenants, landlords, and institutional clients.
• Facilitate the takeover of new existing properties by obtaining documents and approvals.
• Assist tenants with the move-in and move-out process.
• Oversee all facets of property management including maintenance, tenant relations, and leasing.
• Manage maintenance requests for both occupied and vacant properties.
• Handle all aspects of tenant interactions from contract to renewals.
• Oversee collection and deposit of rent checks and issue invoices.
• Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and manage legal documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues professionally.
