The ideal candidate will coordinate customer onboarding, prepare rental contracts, and track renewals. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in leasing support or document control are required, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to property management excellence.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in leasing support or document control.
• Certification in document control management (e.g., EDMS certification) is a plus.
• Familiarity with legal and contractual documentation requirements.

Mansioni

• Coordinate onboarding new customers.
• Prepare new and renew contracts for units.
• Track weekly renewals and provide updates.
