EDEN'S Homes & Villas in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an ambitious Property Acquisition Manager to drive growth in our investment portfolio and expand our client base. You will represent the company and implement an effective sales strategy.

In this role you will identify new markets, build long-term client relationships, and lead negotiations to secure profitable acquisitions. A track record in holiday homes sales, CRM proficiency, and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in holiday homes or related sales roles.
• Proven sales track record.
• Fluency in English required; other languages encouraged.
• Experience with customer support.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Property Acquisition Manager with experience in managing Property Investment portfolios to help us expand our clientele and grow our portfolio. You will represent the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or a relevant role in Holiday Homes Setting for at least 3 years is a MUST
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English is a must and having another foreign language is encouraged
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
