Job summary

Casamia in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Project Sales Specialist (Outdoor) to drive high-end project sales for luxury building materials. This on-site, full-time role involves collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors and developers to deliver bespoke solutions and grow sales.

The ideal candidate has minimum 4 years' experience in luxury finishes and a good understanding of project sales processes, with a UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project sales from specification through to order closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury building materials such as sanitaryware, tiles, kitchens, furniture, wardrobes, lighting, or other high-end finishes.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with project sales processes, including specifying products for architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Skills: Proficiency in sales and project management, with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion: A strong interest in design and luxury products, with an ability to convey their value to clients.
